What we collect and why. Booking a chair: your name, phone number, chosen cut, barber and time, used to hold the appointment and to text you if anything changes — a contractual necessity under Article 6(1)(b). The question form: name, phone, area and message, to answer you, under legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f). The email signup: your address only, on consent under 6(1)(a), withdrawable from any email.

Card details. We never see them and this website never handles them. Deposits and shop payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, who are the controller for that data under their own privacy policy. We are told that a payment succeeded, the last four digits, and nothing else.

How long we keep it. Appointment records for twelve months, so we can see when you were last in and what you had. Questions that do not become appointments, twelve months. Payment records six years, because HMRC requires it. Email signup until you unsubscribe.

Who else sees it. Nobody, beyond Stripe for payment. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for anybody else's marketing.

Your rights. Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email the address above and you will get an answer inside thirty days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies. This site sets none and runs no analytics. Nothing follows you off it.
