Boiler packed in on the Sunday of the cold snap. Ross answered at half seven in the morning, was here by nine and had us going by lunch. Charged the call-out he quoted on the phone and not a penny more.

We're on the way.
It rings Ross's mobile, not an answering service. If we can't get to you inside the hour we'll say so on the call and talk you through finding your stopcock in the meantime.
Average time on the road to an Inverurie address — 40 minutes

Seasonal work, priced to get booked early.
We'd rather service your boiler in September than fix it in January, so the autumn prices reflect that. Mention the offer when you book.

What folk say
Reviews, unedited.
Pulled from Google
Full bathroom, ten days start to finish, and they were the dates he said at the quote. Left the place cleaner than they found it. The old suite went away in the van, which sounds small until you've had a trade leave a bath in your garden.
Had three quotes for a new boiler. Ross was the only one who asked to see the loft and the only one who didn't try to sell me the biggest one. Not the cheapest of the three but the only price that hadn't moved by the end.
Good work on the heating, rooms are finally even. Only reason it's four rather than five is he had to come back for a valve he didn't have on the van. Sorted it two days later at no charge, mind.
Leak under a solid floor that two other firms wanted to dig the whole room up for. Found it with the acoustic kit in about forty minutes and lifted one board. Wrote the report for the insurance without being asked.
Been using Ross for the landlord certificates on four flats for six years. Books it with the tenants himself, certificates through the same day, and he tells me when something's going to need doing before it fails.
Demonstration content. On a live build this section reads from the Google Places API, so the rating and the newest reviews update themselves and nothing here is typed by hand.
How a job runs
Four steps, and you know the price
before anyone lifts a tool.
Pick a slot online
Or ring, if you'd rather. Either way Ross confirms it himself the same working day — the diary is a request, not a machine that books you in blind.
Fixed price, in writing
Free, itemised, and it holds for sixty days. If we find something behind the wall that changes it, you get a call before the cost does.
We turn up when we said
Two-hour window, not "sometime Tuesday". Sheets down, boots off, and the old parts and packaging leave in the van with us.
Twelve months on labour
Manufacturer's warranty on parts, registered in your name rather than ours. Something goes wrong, you ring the same number you rang the first time.
Who turns up
Seventeen years
on the same roads.
Ross Kellock served his time with a heating firm in Dyce, went out on his own in 2009, and has worked the Garioch ever since.
Two vans now — Ross and Callum Reid, who came through his apprenticeship here and has been on the books since 2019. No subcontractors, no sales team. Most of the work comes from somebody who's had them before, or their neighbour.
“If I fit it, it's my name on it. That tends to keep the standard up.” Ross Kellock · Gas Safe registered
