Areas we cover
The Garioch,
and a bit past it.
The yard is on Craigwell Estate in Inverurie, where the Ury runs into the Don. Everything below is inside half an hour of it, and the two vans are usually somewhere in the middle of that circle.
Twelve towns, and the drive from the yard.

Not on the list? Ring us anyway — if we're already out that way, we'll come. We won't quote a job in Peterhead and then let you down on the day.
Emergency response
How fast we aim to be there,
by where you are.
Targets from the moment you ring, any hour of any day. If we cannot hit one we say so on the call rather than after you have waited in for us.
These are targets, not guarantees — a bad night of frost puts everybody behind. What is guaranteed is that you get told the real time, and a call from the van when we are twenty minutes out.
On the day
What actually happens
when the van pulls up.
A two-hour window
Not "sometime Tuesday". You get a two-hour window the day before by text, and a call from the van when we're twenty minutes out.
Card out before you ask
Gas Safe card comes out at the door every time. If anybody works on gas in your house without showing you one, don't let them start.
Sheets down, boots off
Dust sheets on anything we walk over, and the water goes back on at the end of every day even on a bathroom that runs a fortnight.
It leaves in the van
Old suite, old boiler, packaging, offcuts. All of it goes with us. You should not be left with a skip you did not order.

Craigwell Estate,
Inverurie.
It is a yard and a workshop, not a showroom — there is nothing to come and look at, and you are better ringing than driving over. If you do need to drop something off, there is parking at the front and someone is in most weekday mornings.

Burst pipe?
Boiler down?
We're on the way.
It rings Ross's mobile, not an answering service. If we can't get to you inside the hour we'll say so on the call and talk you through finding your stopcock in the meantime.
